Media Day Prep
A little prep goes a long way.
Send this to your sellers before shoot day. Fifteen minutes of tidying is the difference between good photos and showstoppers. Here’s our simple room-by-room checklist.
Throughout the home
- Turn on every light and replace any burnt-out bulbs
- Open blinds and curtains for natural light
- Clear countertops, floors and surfaces of clutter
- Hide bins, cords, pet bowls and personal photos
- Tuck away shoes, coats and everyday items
Kitchen & bathrooms
- Clear counters (a single accent piece is fine)
- Remove fridge magnets, dish soap and sponges
- Fresh towels neatly hung, toilet lids down
- Wipe down mirrors and stainless surfaces
Exterior & curb appeal
- Mow, trim and clear the lawn of tools and hoses
- Move vehicles out of the driveway and frame
- Store garbage bins out of sight
- Clean glass doors and sweep entryways
On the day
Book your shootWe’ll take it from there.
Leave the lighting, staging tweaks and angles to us. Ideally the home is photo-ready when we arrive so we can focus on capturing it beautifully. Pets secured and vehicles moved is all we ask.
